nurse turned web slave copywriter, and this is Oss and Roll. A blog meant towards anything Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
and grappling, learn more about the Gentle Art in my white belt perspective.
"OSS" translates to the Japanese term Oshi Shinobu which means "persevering when pushed". Roll on the other hand is a BJJ jargon describing the actual sparring.
